Pricing
The bigger the property, the cheaper the room.
Four sizes, one scope. Between the packages only the number of units changes — rooms or apartments running through the kiosk — and with it, what a single room carries per month.

The maths
Minimum wage is going up. Again.
€13.90 an hour since January 2026, €14.60 from January 2027. A staffed desk gets more expensive every year — the kiosk does not.
over €6,100
per month
- Still only covers 16 hours
- Holidays, sick days, public holidays
- And you have to find the staff first
from €699
per month
- Around the clock, every day
- Checks in, takes payment, hands over the key
- Never calls in sick, never resigns
Minimum wage: €13.90/hour since 1 Jan 2026, €14.60/hour from 1 Jan 2027. Calculation: 2 staff × approx. €2,500 gross (median hotel reception, Stepstone 2026) + approx. 22 % employer contributions ≈ €6,100/month. Kiosk: Premium 16, net, 36 months.
From practice
One property did the maths.
The figures above are an average. These come from an operator who added up their own reception hours after the switch.
77 hrs
per week — 10am to 9pm, every day
29 hrs
Mon–Fri 2pm to 7pm, one hour at weekends
48 hrs
per week — that is €2,880 a month
€24,960
48 hrs × €15 = €720 per week · €2,880 a month · €34,560 a year, less €9,600 for the kiosk and Guestidea. Figures from a city hotel among our customers, unnamed at their request.
The same in every package
This list applies to all four sizes unchanged. There is no feature that only arrives with the big package.
-
Guestidea included
PMS and channel manager are part of the monthly price, not a second invoice.
-
New code per booking
Every booking gets its own code — valid for exactly its period, not a day longer.
-
Code delivery to the guest
Goes out automatically, without anyone typing a message.
-
Key dispensing around the clock
At three in the morning too, on public holidays too.
-
Direct booking at the machine
Whoever stands there without a reservation books and pays at the kiosk.
-
Offline codes
If the network goes down, the guest still gets into the room.
-
Room location on screen
The guest sees where the room is, instead of searching or asking.
-
Personal greeting
The kiosk addresses the guest by name.
-
Built for outdoors
Weatherproof, all four sizes. No vestibule needed.
-
10.1-inch industrial display
Built for continuous operation — not a tablet in a housing.
-
Advertising space
Between check-ins, the screen shows whatever you want to show.
-
Control via app
Open doors and check the kiosk's status from wherever you are.
-
Installation and training
On-site setup and training for your team are part of the price.
-
Updates and support
Ongoing development included. No version jump that gets billed again.
What can come on top
Four things are not part of the monthly price, because they differ from property to property.
-
Locks
Integration via RemoteLock, fully automated PIN delivery. The price depends on the number of doors.
-
Building automation
Heating, energy and automation via Homematic or KNX. Calculated per project.
-
Card terminal
Optional. Payments also run online — a terminal in the kiosk is not a must.
-
Custom builds
Custom kiosks, special cabinet systems, mounts for unusual locations.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to convert my doors?
Not necessarily. The kiosk can dispense your existing keys or fobs and take them back — then everything about your doors stays as it is. The second route is converting to electronic locks; the kiosk then hands out a code or a key on the phone instead of a key. Converting is an option, not a requirement.
Can I expand later?
Yes. You can switch to a bigger package at any time or add extra doors and kiosks.
Can the kiosk stand outside?
Yes. All four sizes are weatherproof and built for outdoor use.
Is Guestidea really included?
Yes. PMS, channel manager, the automations and all updates are part of the monthly price.
Who installs the machine?
Our team, on site. Installation, setup and training are part of the package.
Do I need a card terminal?
No. Guests can also pay online. A terminal in the kiosk is an option, not a requirement.
What the monthly price doesn't answer
The packages cover the kiosk and Guestidea. How many hours you actually win back, and what locks and building automation cost at your property, is written in no table.
- 01
Taking stock
Room count, arrival times, existing locks, current PMS. Half an hour is usually enough.
- 02
Which steps are still open at your property
We walk through the nine steps of the cycle and mark where staff is still tied up today.
- 03
A quote with your numbers
You get the investment and running costs weighed against the hours saved — yours, not an average.
The fastest route is direct: just tell us briefly how many rooms your property has and whether electronic locks are in place.
